Kuljit was introduced to gender equality from a young age, reinforced by the fact that in Sikhism women are equal to men in status, role and power. It is therefore no wonder that Kuljit is incredibly passionate about equality and allowing people to be the best they can be.

Victoria's nan contributed to the UK's war effort by joining the Auxiliary Territorial Service aged just 21. Although she sadly passed away at a young age, she continues to inspire strong and ambitious women in the Boyes family.
