Tola smiling and sitting at her work desk. She is wearing a black top with a purple lanyard and is holding her hand to her chest.

Tola is utterly dedicated to public service. When shes not working to support the most talented Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) colleagues become future leaders in the Civil Service, she is teaching netball in inner city schools and campaigning for it to become an Olympic sport.

Elly Crockford - the woman with the blue velvet boots

Elly sees opportunities where others might see challenges. Not only has she forged a career in tax (despite not knowing anything about it when she started) she is using that knowledge to work on a truly challenging piece of policy, alongside running the cross-government women's network! She's a very busy lady!
