Liz-Ann joined the Civil Service from private practice earlier this year and enjoying a role which allows her to make a difference for people's lives. She is also very passionate about improving gender equality and works to increase the number of women in Digital, Data and Technology roles.

Helen started her career in the charity sector but is now at the Department for Transport, communicating Government priorities for aviation. But her work does not stop there. She is also part of the Government Communications Service Shadow Board and is a board member for Women in Transport.

Breesha Maddrell - the woman promoting Manx culture

Breesha is director at a government charity tasked with promoting Manx culture, including celebrates pioneering Manx women. In this blog Breesha highlights the link between the Isle of Man and the suffragettes as well as flagging that the Isle of Man was the first part of the UK to award women with the vote, way back in 1881!
